I trimmed grey linen cardstock I had in my stash to measure 4.1/2" x 6.1/2", stamped the image from On The Record #125 with Versamark ink and heat embossed with Ranger Superfine White Embossing Powder. I sanded around the edges of the panel to reveal the linen texture of the card and applied Ranger Opaque Texture Paste through Stencil #23 Pattern
. I stamped the postcard image from On The Record #125 on the background using Versafine Onyx Black and the images and sentiments from the Cinema stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black on to a scrap of white card and brushed on a coat of Distress Collage Medium Vintage. I fussy cut the images, fixed to the panel using Distress Collage Medium Matte and popped the Eiffel Tower image up on mini foam adhesive to create dimension.
I darkened the edges of the panel using a Black Brush Marker and matted the panel on to a 5" x 7" white card blank.
I'll be back tomorrow to share another sample, in the meantime, I'm shutting up the cubbyhole for the day and looking forward to meeting a lovely crafty friend for lunch, coffee and lots of catch-up chat. Have fun whatever you have planned.
